Wall and roof system
Our High Performance timber frame system is engineered to meet the demands of modern building design, delivering exceptional thermal efficiency, airtightness, and low-energy performance across both traditional and contemporary architecture.
Manufactured off-site in our state-of-the-art workshops, the system is built around a precision-engineered 140mm timber stud frame, ensuring consistent quality, accuracy, and faster on-site installation.
To achieve outstanding thermal performance, the structure is insulated with 140mm of Rockwool between the studs, combined with either 50mm or 75mm of RECTICEL® insulation across the frame. This layered approach enhances both thermal efficiency and breathability, supporting robust, fabric-first design strategies.
With U-values of 0.14 and 0.17 W/m²K, the system helps deliver:
